3. Orders and Delivery

When you place an order:

  • Orders are processed automatically after payment confirmation
  • Delivery times vary by service type (typically 1-72 hours)
  • Large orders may be delivered gradually for account safety
  • You must provide a valid, public social media URL
  • We are not responsible for private or restricted accounts

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payments through:

  • Wallet balance (pre-funded account balance)
  • Credit/debit cards (via NOWPayments)

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Failed orders: Automatic full refund to your wallet balance if our provider fails to deliver
  • Partial delivery: Refund for the undelivered portion after 72 hours
  • Wrong account: No refund if you provide an incorrect URL
  • Private accounts: No refund if your account is set to private

  • Follower/like counts may fluctuate due to platform purges
  • Services with "Refill" guarantee will be automatically replenished within the stated warranty period
  • Delivery speed estimates are approximations, not guarantees

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform. Suspended accounts may forfeit any remaining wallet balance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flaming Social Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
