Refund Policy

At Flaming Social Media, we want every customer to be satisfied with our services. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and credits are handled.
1. Automatic Refunds
We provide automatic refunds in the following situations:
- Failed orders: If our fulfillment provider cannot process your order, the full amount is instantly refunded to your wallet balance.
- Partial delivery: If an order is only partially delivered after 72 hours, the undelivered portion is refunded to your wallet.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
You may request a refund if:
- Your order has not started processing within 48 hours
- The delivered service does not match what was described
- You experience a significant quality issue (e.g., mass drops within 24 hours)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available when:
- You provided an incorrect or invalid URL
- Your social media account is set to private or restricted
- An order has already been fully delivered
- Natural follower/like drops occur after delivery (unless a refill guarantee is included)
- Your social media account is suspended or deleted by the platform
- You changed your username or URL after placing the order
4. Refill Guarantee
Many of our services include a free refill guarantee (indicated by the ♻️ Refill badge). If you experience drops on a refill-eligible service:
- Contact our support team with your order number
- We will top up your count at no additional cost
- Refill warranties typically last 30-90 days depending on the service
5. How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are credited to your Flaming Social Media wallet balance. We do not process refunds to original payment methods (credit cards, crypto). Your wallet balance can be used toward any future order.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Go to your account dashboard
- Find the order in your order history
- Contact support with your order ID and issue description
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
